It was very poorly put together. The frame part was 10 to 15 degrees off square. I cut through the welds put it square and re- welded it. One of the pulleys had large lumps, of whatever material they are made from, sticking out from the groove and side of the pulley. I ground these lumpy bits off with an angle grinder. Burrs and sharp edges had not been ground off. The paint job was also very poorly done.
