Queen Bee Catcher

Description

The Queen Bee Catcher is a small spring-loaded metal or plastic clamshell-shaped clip, designed to pick up or contain a queen bee. It has slits in its sides that worker bees can pass through to attend to the queen’s needs or to receive queen substance but the queen bee cannot pass through. This tool is very handy,  easy to use to capture the queen bee.

This accessory can make queen marking an easy task by isolating the queen from the beehive.

To use the queen bee catcher, simply open the clip and pick up the queen and gently close it again. If you pick up worker bees as well, don’t worry as they can fit through the gaps of the clip.

Choose from plastic or stainless steel material. Both are made with high quality materials. The plastic is food grade, making it safe and harmless to all bees. The stainless steel is high quality, does not rust and is very durable. Sturdy and well-made, you can catch a 100 queens and will still work as brand new.
